This tablets you can't re set again if someone previously set it up first. Because you need that Google account and that pin from former owner. Had I known this I wouldn't bought this tablet. I live outside USA. I tried everything under the sky to rest to factory setting and that won't help anyone unless you know the previous owner. They are thieves this people.
