    Bought FEB13, seller notified me that he couldn't ship until FEB21, didn't ship until FEB24. Packaging was way worse than shown in listing, almost half the drives were Seagate. Seller tried passing off refurbished drives (verified by Dell p/n) as new. I would've accepted compromise/discount, but seller ignored me until I opened a claim. Seller found one website that failed to mention the refurbished nature of its associated part number and insisted they were brand new drives. Deadbeat.

    We are sorry you feel that way, all drive part numbers were listed on the listings and images. The drive are NEW as they were in original sealed packaging from DELL. There is no option on ebay to select Manufacturer refurbished and they are used. I do think its funny how you complained that every drive had the same exact error!!! Lets not forget how you lied on the return reason with wrong item sent, all part numbers match. Bad buyer seller be warned.
