Seller massaged back to offer a replacement part which I accepted. The new part arrived the next day and everything works perfectly. Dyson was exactly as described. it’s clean, suction is better than my last hoover and it smells amazing. Thank you!

They told me to throw the filter in the bin and they would send out the correct filter, which they did. The only issue I had was the fact that the item was described as used, however, I didn’t really expect the item to not be clean. It was a little off putting. I messaged them and they said I could return it, however, I decided to keep it as I wanted a genuine Dyson product. Communication from this company is great.
