There was no scratches, marks, or anything missing as far as I see. They promptly responded to my offer and even sent it out as fast as they could. The only thing I’ve experienced is that the dial on the keydial lags or takes a very long time to respond when zooming or scrolling. But I don't know if that is a program or hardware problem. Overall 10/10 experience.

I brought a 16 in December it came in great condition like new and worked perfectly. This 22 as well. I recently sold my 16 as i couldn't have two. Originally wanted a 22 QHD but didn't have the budget for it at dec. Currently unemployed but with my tax return i brought the 22, in used condition. Save money guys with refurbished or used with them !! With refurbished you can get triple the warranty (one with ebay)

I know it's secondhand, but it has a scratch on the screen and some dead pixels in the top left corner. But there's nothing to worry about. It works well. The outer box does not contain the tablet. It arrived a little damaged, but the tablet box is in good condition.

I started drawing on it it felt like paper but I might get a screen protector or something just to be extra safe. Anyway if you’re looking for an affordable display tablet this is it! Once you use it you’ll love it and the build quality feels and looks durable
