    I contacted the seller several times for status updates with no response. Then, I requested to cancel my order. The seller refused. It took 17 days to be able to request eBay to step in to get a refund. I should have looked at the sellers reviews before I placed an order. The seller has negative reviews.     To start, I did receive the fruit cups quickly. However, I ordered Dole gelatin with mixed fruit that was no sugar added and received some Amazon brand pear fruit cups. I reached out to seller and I received the wrong one by mistake. The seller promptly issued a refund and said to keep the pears. Not the sort of item I usually buy on eBay, but they were out in our local store and my diabetic mother wanted it for after her surgery. I ended making what she wanted, so it was fine. Quick resolution.
