I'm very pleased with the aid and condition it looked like new. The seller was able to pre-tune it to my audiogram and it was pretty good right out of the box. My audiologist only needed to make one minor adjustment to make it perfect! I couldn’t ask for better communication, this seller went above and beyond to get everything right!

Aids are exactly as described, brand new look, Works perfectly Thomas added suitable brand new wires and microphones to much my requirements for free and fitted to the aids I managed to fit and program aids using RemoteCare Super happy!
