After a week or so convincing them that their phone didn't work, they had me send it back AT MY COST! They did send a replacement which works just fine. But the replacement didn't come with the free case. So I'm out an extra $75 in shipping plus the cost of another protective case. This company may seem like it's got good deals but the overall costs are higher than just ordering directly. But the new phone's price is 70usd higher. The official version of the new phone CPH2655 does not come with a phone case. your initial order is PJZ110 comes with a case officially. we said "we can send you the new phone at the same price , you dont need pay money difference." The premise is that you return the package yourself, as we are unable to purchase labels on the USA website.
