Outrageous behaviour. He should be ashamed. Clearly items 80 years old has some defects and the scan shows this. Irrespective both partial refund offered (declined by seller) and then full refund offered. "outrageous behaviour?" Is this a court case on murder? Finally, NOWHERE did seller suggest $3 towards return. If this is a default offered by ebay then why attack seller? Instead of buyer communication on the issue at and in a friendly manner his negative feedback is of a grumpy old goose.
