Als gelernter Ingenieur der Verfahrenstechnik habe ich mir eine technische Aufgabe gestellt, f r die eine L sung gesucht werden musste. Verfahrenstechnik ist das Umwandeln von Stoffen in ihre chemisch und physikalisch definierten Eigenschaften. Das Ausgangsprodukt ist der zu dicke und nicht mehr so ganz gesunde K rper mit 126 kg Gewicht, den es gilt, zu seinem Normalgewicht zu verhelfen. Also K rpergr e von 198 cm minus 100 cm ergibt 98 cm, also 98 kg Normalgewicht. Welche Parameter sind aber verantwortlich f r den Zustand eines K rpers? Als erstes ist es die Ern hrung und zweitens die Bewegung. Ich kann Ihnen heute sagen, dass ich in 9 Monaten 30 kg abgenommen habe und heute wei , warum ich daf r so lange gebraucht habe. Ich habe zwei wesentliche Fehler gemacht, die ich damals nicht kannte, und wei jetzt, dass ich das auch in 6 Monaten h tte schaffen k nnen, was mir ein paar Menschen bewiesen haben, die meine Kenntnisse ber Ern hrung f r sich auch umgesetzt haben. Nutzen auch Sie mein Wissen ber Ern hrung und profiltieren Sie davon.
