This lead to a missing bolt and two washers as some tape did not hold on the box during shipping. Finally after installation the pump would not operate. After much troubleshooting I discovered that the connector between the pump and the VS controller was missing one of the connection pins. I was able to disassemble the plug, pull the wire and properly connect the plug. Now all is operating as expected -- but not hassle free.Jandy VS Motor (#396113744756)
