    The jacket I received is not exactly the same as shown in the photos. The listing shows a newer model, but the one I got seems to be an older version. However, the quality is still very good and I decided to keep it. I suggest updating the product photos to avoid confusion.

    Item was not what I ordered at all. Sleeves looked completely different than photos, material was different and they never added any of their own photos of the item until after I called them out on it. They admitted there were "issues with the sleeves" and they kept changing what the cardigan was actually made of (first a "different kind of wool", then cashmere) etc. So disappointed and annoyed I have to deal with sending it back and paying return shipping.     Perhaps some parts have misled you. Cashmere and wool are both types of 'wool'. So my description may have caused you a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, the style of the clothes is not anything I can decide. Designers maked. But I'm sorry I couldn't make you understand clearly in advance. We have always stated that we are willing to bear ALL the losses caused by these misunderstandings. We hope to satisfy you.
