    It wasn't anything on their end. I didn't update my shipping address and it was gonna go to the wrong place so I had to cancel the order fix the address and reorder the item

    Product received quickly. Minor scratch on one stanchion but looks new. The fork is bad, it sticks terribly sliding both up and down. When I apply brakes it feels like I'm riding over a rumble strip until it compresses. We relubed the fork with slickokeum but it didn't help. Maybe it gets better with more miles? I've never seen this problem before. It's heavy but that's expected. The Zoom model is A180, and the stamp says 2012.
