      I placed my order in good faith, I wanted to surprise my daughter, but the item the sent is completely different from what I purchased. I already provided a photo of the wrong item to confirm the mistake. Since this error was not mine, I don’t believe it’s reasonable for me to take on the extra hassle or cost of returning the incorrect item before receiving what I paid for—especially given the premium price of this product. They should just send the correct product. Horrible customer service.
