    Hey, I'm sorry I'm just seeing this now. I'm not familiar with these and thought that since it showed the splash screen "welcome to harmony" and I looked and couldn't see any sort of wear on the plastic buttons that it was unused. looked spotless to me. anyways obviously I was wrong. let me know what you want to do. we can do a refund or if you'd like to keep it we can do a partial refund. Also maybe a different USB Cable would work? I know they can be weird like that sometimes - Julian.
