Unfortunately as I am quite small, I had to return. There were a number of measurements that weren't ideal for me. Excellent service and was able to return. This was activated promptly. T unpacked, demonstrated and took packaging away. I've hardly used scooter yet but it feels very sturdy and great that it folds and unfolds in a seconds.
