I left clear instructions, so no way he "accidentally" mixed up the order. Seller finally responded nicely, but I wasn't buying it. He still asked me to return the wrong Ross item at my cost. I had to file an eBay claim for a free shipping label. I got a refund, but no excuse he makes will make up for my time wasted, ruined gift, driving to the post office, and buying supplies to resend his mistake. Buyer beware.
