The drive are NEW as they were in original sealed packaging from DELL. There is no option on ebay to select Manufacturer refurbished and they are used. I do think its funny how you complained that every drive had the same exact error!!! Lets not forget how you lied on the return reason with wrong item sent, all part numbers match.
