Came with a gas cap that was not mentioned in the advertising. The first issue was that the petcock opening was oversized. My son had repaired the gas tank of his truck. He used JB Weld gas tank repair kit to properly size the outlet, with no leaks. Also, the mounts on the front of the tank are larger and spaced further apart than the stock tank. My son fabricated rubber mounts. Now fits.
