Welds were very poor on brackets, etc. Paint was pretty good but interior was flaking and had lots of debris. I communicated this with the seller, sent numerous pictures and measurements. Asked to return the item numerous times. Was very disappointed in their response and when they finally quit responding I had to ask Ebay to step in and resolve the issue. Ebay refunded me directly. NOT RECOMMENDED!
