I contacted the seller who replied that they don't accept returns for incompatibility issues. Seller that WE are to make sure the equipment is compatible. I stated that the ad should depict which cameras were incompatible. The seller was rude in the replies to my request to return the unit. I had no idea that the same brand of camera would not work with my system. I believe they should allow me to return it for full refund. Bad company!
