    retro_electronics-708 sent me the wrong item. I politely tried to connect with them about the mixup, and during the following week they sent me one message asking me what I would like. I have followed up three times asking for the correct item with no response. I merely would like to get the item I paid for and am happy to return the incorrect item when the seller sends me a shipping label. It would be great if Ebay could step in here and turn off their account to get their attention.

    There were some issues with shipping, but the seller worked quite hard to overcome them. They reached out to me with an update, describing the issue and wound up shipping the device through a different carrier. The instrument was well packaged (with some cleverly reused materials) and arrived undamaged. Probably one of the first times a heavy instrument handled by UPS/Fedex did not arrive damaged from improper padding. Thanks for the help and good communication!
