NEGATIVE BUYING EXPERIENCE FOR ME! 21MAY SELLER ACCEPTED MY OFFER AND PAYMENT MADE. 27MAY SELLER MARKED SHIPPED WITH NO TRACKING LOADED. 6JUN NO RECEIPT OF ITEM SO I ASKED FOR TRACKING. SELLER TOLD ME IT NORMALLY AUTO LOADS AND THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT. 8JUN I ASKED AGAIN FOR TRACKING. SELLER SAID THEY WERE SEARCHING FOR CARD/TRACKING BUT SURE THEY SENT. REFUNDED PURCHASE AND TOLD ME I COULD KEEP THE CARD WHEN IT ARRIVED. NOT HOLDING MY BREATH. 13JUN AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED AS EXPECTED.

The card was lost in shipping. We issued a full refund just as the buyer states. The USPS has been horrible with shipping cards. This was completely out of our control. We stayed in constant contact w the buyer and appologized many times. We even told the buyer after we fully refunded him that if the card shows up, he can keep it too. Yet, we still receive a negative. 😕
