I had bought this piece because I had broken the little plastic tab at the top of mine while trying to take it out to fix my window motor. To my surprise, this one has the same plastic piece broken off, so it can’t even stay in the door. It’s useless. I did try and see in the photos if it had the little tab and I thought it did. Guess not.
