I am sorry this item arrived creased. This is the first one I sold that there was an issue. Do have any suggestions on what I could have done differently do decrease the likelihood of this happening again. In this past week the post office has destroyed one delivery altogether. Could you possibly send me a picture so I can see if there is anything I could done differently. George
