My son ordered a hammer for his grandfather for Father's Day. My father passed before the item was ever shipped out. I let them know the situation they said whatever I want to do they will do I asked for my money back but never got it after a couple days it showed that the item had shipped out anyway had to go through eBay to get my money back. They stopped contacting me they are total scam artist save your money spend it someplace else cuz you will have to fight tooth and nail.
