The seller did not ship the items, nor respond to my messages, until I created a case with ebay for a refund after 3 weeks. With the seller stating that it'll take them a minimum of 10 business days to send out an item, I expected the packaging to be excellent, and the items to arrive mint. Mine arrived in a box that felt thinner than Amazon packaging, with a thin layer of bubble wrap around 2 MG gunpla boxes together, 1 large and 2 small inflated air pillows for the sides. Very disappointing.
