Great book, "The Food of Sichuan by Fuchsia Dunlop 2019 Edition". Reading the introductory pages, I feel like I am on a food tour of Sichuan, China! And this is just about how close I will ever get, sad to say.
Anyway, it is an excellent book, purchased from an excellent seller, adrhi-60.
Book was fantastically wrapped, very secure. I like the fact that several of those heavy plastic shipping bags were re-used to ship my book.
I highly recommend the book AND the seller!
