In my experience, this seller was very friendly and quick to respond. There was a problem with my Sega Saturn (30-year-old used electronics so it's understandable), and the seller agreed to help with repair costs without hesitation. When I couldn't find a repairman, they issued a refund right away, and didn't even ask for the item back. Even though the Saturn itself didn't turn out as hoped, I feel that this seller understands the meaning of customer service, and so I recommend them.
