A Loco I adore so I put in an Offer of $315 and it was Accepted but eBay USA Blocked Me from Buying the Model presumably due to New H M Customs VAT Regulations and I am very Annoyed along with other Buyers and Sellers at eBay USAs Stance. I can NOT see the Problem as eBay USA is VAT Registered as I have Bought Models Previously!
