Tried working with seller because the sandals are too small. They are a whole size too small but should not have been based on the description. I asked to return them but they were not even willing to work with me. I have never had a seller who wouldn’t even work half way so beware.

It is correct, I have a strict no return no refund policy. I understand that shoes and clothing are not a one size fit all, so I will answer all questions you have before you make your purchase. I have even measured shoes and clothing for buyers prior to there purchase when they ask me to. So please ask ahead of your purchase if you want to make sure something fits. Don’t be mad at me for standing firm on my policy that was disclosed upfront.
