The product was shipped quickly, was safely packed in its original container, and worked perfectly once I installed it. There were minore cosmetic issues on the back of the fan where some of the silver vents were bent, and the battery that the controller came with was dead, but both of those things are minor inconveniences that I can overlook for such an effective and sleek-looking ac unit. The phone app is super useful for tracking and changing the temp when you're not home.
