UGH, so you send us a message that the package arrived ripped open, and no item was inside. We asked if the carrier noted any damage. No response from you. The message you sent us was one hour ago, then you leave a negative feedback. We sent you a message so we can help you with this, but then you immediately leave a negative. Also you are complaining about the $8 shipping charge and the exchange rate, but you are the one that purchased the item. If you were not ok with exchange, why buy?
