Unfortunately, this hardcover was shipped in a bubble wrap parcel bag and the book was snubbed on all corners by the time it arrived. I know you probably ship hundreds of books, perhaps each day, but couldn't a bit of reinforcement on each corner have been managed ? I have a very extensive library so perhaps I'm a bit more sensitive about this stuff but this was an expensive book which I value. Thank you, R.
