Ordered part under make offer. They accepted my counter offer yet ignored conditions of counter offer. It took Three weeks to receive my part and the package looked like it was chewed up and spit out. Part survived. I had asked in counter offer for part to be shipped USPS Priority Mail as a condition of offer. Have pictures would not let me upload to feedback.
