Cheapish rubber, and somewhat flexible over oem. It's not awful but I've seen better. I bought this with 2 outside items and this one arrived the latest so B- on shipping. The rubber stank and started coming off in my hand so It'll last atleast a year or two but I don't see this lasting 10 years. Overall it gets the job done so if you're in a pinch why not.
