I placed an order on a Monday Nov 6th and allowed two business days for the seller to ship it. When I reached out on Thursday, there was no response. I tried again the next day same result. Frustrated with the lack of communication, I decided to purchase the CPU cooler from another seller on Wednesday, since I got the feeling that vi6229 wasn't gonna ship it anytime soon. I am disappointed with the poor service and communication and I hope they reconsider their future on Ebay.

Works as described but the shipping was done via turtle to snail transfer. Dear lord in 2023 it should not take over a week to get an item, oh and shipping that I paid for.
