For the listing in the description of NOS, this item was in below average condition. Very SCRATCHED up... in the factory paint. HOWEVER, the mounting holes showed NO sign of prior installation. And the deteriorated factory tags were only a trace...which had to be removed. The pics were very misleading, but the item was NOS.
