I'm genuinely sorry to hear the shirt arrived smelling like cigarette smoke and didn't meet your expectations. I take pride in the quality of our pre-loved items, and this clearly fell short. I am not sure where the smoke smell came from as I don't smoke, and the shirt was my husband's. I would be happy to offer you a full refund, this is something I do part time to help earn extra income for my family. Again I am sorry and please reach out so I can rectify this.
