The order shipped promptly, was well-packed, and other than a minor scuff on what looks like the original packaging(!) everything was in pristine condition. Initial setup went off without a hitch and I've got the tablet running like a dream in Krita on Linux Mint...one of the best and smoothest refurbished item purchases I've ever made, period. (Also, shout out for including the 3-in-1 cable--VERY much appreciated!)

It arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn't be happier with either seller or product!
