I contacted seller and was offered $20 for the difference, to which I pointed out that the minimum difference I've seen between the cards is $30. I wasn't asking for $30, mind you, I really didn't want the 12GB card, but the seller took it that way and refunded me $30. Now I have a GPU that I don't want and have no use for. I won't buy from this seller again and I don't recommend them.

BS this seller is a shady seller who lies and miss lead the buying into thinking they are getting something new but getting product that is used.
