Everything went well except for the shipping cost. During checkout I had the normal “Will not be any additional charges for this shipment “ and was later charged “duty and taxes” by the courier. When I contacted the seller they first blamed my government for the extra charges (Which is ridiculous). Understanding they are a small seller, I asked them to cover 50% of the extra charges and they ghosted me. I have no confidence in recommending them because of their handling of the situation.

Hello, I explained to you in detail that the charges were import fees from your region/country which were mentioned to you before making your purchase. I even messaged eBay support in regards to your situation and they said the same thing and that everything on my side was processed correctly. Considering it is an international order I have no control over the shipment after it goes to the Ebay processing facility. It is then their shipment, meaning they were the ones to contact, not me.
