It took repeated attempts to get a tracking # which was incorrect and when that showed delivered to another state, eventually they told me I must have been the one of two ordered that day and mine must be the delayed one. Then I had to ask for the tracking number AGAIN and wait even longer for the response. But the part did arrive in good condition albeit 2 days later than expected, and communication was accetable despite it not necessarily being timely.
