It arrived sooner than expected from China, and it works. It is of the highest and cheapest design and feel--the five extra "protection/sanitation" tips fall to the dirty ground and do NOT stay on it (they are worthless), and you get what you pay for. My wife was surprised that it did not match the quality of the $1,000 unit our doctor uses, I am surprised at the good quality for the price paid. I would recommend you buy it and expect the quality you paid for it.
