Awful seller. I requested to return & the seller contacted me to say they would partially refund me if I kept the item. I was happy enough with this but missed the timeframe to accept this on eBay. I then messaged the seller & they asked me via email to close the refund request & they would partially refund me. They wouldn’t contact me on eBay (EBay advises only to communicate in eBay for buyer protection purposes) & stopped responding via email so I don’t feel like this is a trustworthy seller!
