The listing said, and I quote, "Good working condition." The seller could not have possibly determined this since the internal mechanism for creating a vacuum is damaged thus meaning that the seller could not have sharpened any pencil at all. Luckily, I know how to fix this and I only needed a sharpener in this visual condition.
