I received my worms and followed the included instructions. I was very cautious of the 1 hour window for warranty. I would recommend everyone take a picture of their worms in the bag upon receiving them. I was unable to tell if they were alive in the bag. Luckily the seller was kind and understanding of my learning curve. I was shocked at how pure the worms were. 100% black worms in my package, not many sellers can say this
