The first package was delayed due to the shipping company, not the fault of the seller. Worms were dead, snapped some pictures and contacted seller. Seller immediately wrote me back and was quick to remedy the situation. Second package arrived, worms were alive and exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase, and very happy to work with a seller that cares. Put the worms in three tanks and they're doing great, these are great for my aquariums' eco-system. Many thanks!!!
