      Diffidate da questo venditore. Professionalità zero, assistenza zero. UPS difettoso e ha negato il rimborso. Ho dovuto contattare la casa madre per riparare l’UPS tutto a mie spese. Non ho avuto nessun risarcimento nemmeno di 1 euro. Garanzia inesistente. Be wary of this seller. Zero professionalism, zero assistance. UPS defective and denied refund. I had to contact the parent company to repair the UPS all at my expense. I didn't get any compensation, not even 1 euro. Non-existent guarantee.

      The customer had issues with their property's distribution circuit breaker tripping when they wired up the UPS. I suspect it was incorrectly sized (Current rating too low). There were no fault lights or messages on the UPS. There was no proof of any expense paid, or that they contacted the UPS manufacturer. They raised an eBay case, which closed in our favor.
