    Item as described, but was not cleaned prior to sale. The contacts list, call log and voicemail were not erased prior to sale Personal information was compromised. Two of the handsets had alkaline batteries installed - contrary to warning labels on the handsets. The alkaline batteries leaked acid into the phone, which I had to clean. Fortunately, the printed circuit boards were not damaged and the handsets function properly. The handsets and base units were shipped in bubble wrap & boxed.
