It looks like the welder was away on sick leave and they got a retired shoe polisher to come in, placed a welder in front of him/her and said "we need 600 of these before you knock off" Mine must've been one of the early ones. Be prepared to either adjust your bike, the radiator, or both. The alternative, repair old one if possible or one of these. They have you by the short and curlies.

I searched for this radiator for 2 years and only found a couple used ones which ended up costing me 500$ cause they weren't any good. Radiator shop in bend or told me 2500 they could build me a all aluminum one. The one I bought from this place is all alumunum and is beautiful and fit perfectly... I couldn't be happier with this product .... #1 customer service too...
